We are looking for Facilities Management Supervisor for UAE :-

• Supervise and coordinates the day-to-day maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment

• Oversee staff that installs, inspects, repairs, and maintains building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ancillary civil work, Landscaping, HVAC, safety, and waste management.

• Tracks facilities service requests and ensures requests are completed within established timelines and quality standards.

• Schedule and ensures completion of preventative maintenance. Maintains a safe and effective working environment.

• Trains team on policies and procedures. May coordinate work to be completed by contractors and skilled trades

• Supervise a group of MEP Technicians, semi-skilled and unskilled staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions

• Maintain a positive working relationship with supervisors, customers, and other staff to appropriately resolve problems

• Identify, communicate, and resolve concerns with on-site contacts

• Interact with customers in a friendly, helpful manner

• Ability to work independently both in performing and in identifying appropriate work often with little direct supervision

• Understand all Company policies, seek clarification when needed, and support the policies by modeling them and explaining them to all employees

• Performs other tasks as assigned by FM manager

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

• Minimum Education Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Civil Engineering/Electrical Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years working experience in the UAE in Facility Management as Supervisor.
